Beautiful apartment, Perfect location, Wonderful Owner

Left on Apr 14, 2019 for a stay in Mar 2019
My daughter and I were lucky enough to find this beautiful flat which we stayed in from the end of Feb until 4 March. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked, in a perfect location - close enough to the action, beach, shops etc but without the noise - we were treated to the most beautiful, uninterrupted sea views from the lounge and bedroom. The flat has a stunning large balcony with table and chairs, washing machine/dyer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, plenty of crockery and cutlery, cable tv, wifi, and is accessed by a lift within the building. It was cleaned and linen changed by wonderful Richard, and Kevin was on site to take care of any potential problems. Our enormous thanks to owner Olivia, who could not have been kinder, more helpful or understanding. Highly recommended!

Perfect holiday flat with sea views

Left on Nov 25, 2018 for a stay in Nov 2018
When I booked my conference in Brighton, I thought I should make the most of the trip and have a look round the area. We have relatives in the South too, and we wanted a base to arrange visits from. I booked the flat because of the location, and because I have an interest in design and architecture. Embassy court is a fascinating building - built in 1935 in a modernist style, it has to be one of the coolest places I have ever stayed. There's lots of information about the building online. Olivia, the flat owner was kind, friendly and helpful, and Kevin, the buildings manager was similarly efficient; he seemed to be on hand all the time. The flat itself is economical on space, really more suited to two people with tidy habits. We had our younger daughter (adult) stay for some of the trip, and although she is house-trained, it did feel a bit crowded. Location - couldn't be better, the start of the beach promenade is opposite the flat, and all of the delights of Brighton are within walking distance. There are some world-class restaurants (Gingerman, Murmur) very close by.All in all, we had a wonderful trip.

On the beach

I have stayed at this flat at least 4 times. I always look forward to walking through the door and be able to look out over the sea. The view is spectacular. And should you want a closer look you just cross the road and you are on the beach. The flat is small but because it is furnished so well and in soft light colours, the place feels bigger than it is. It has everything you need for a weekend, a fortnight or longer. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, which is great for longer stays. It feels like a home you are lucky enough to be able to use while in Brighton. It take no time to walk into thee city centre or to the train station. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets again within easy reach but because you are on the top floor you don't get any noise from the city. The flat is such a oasis of peace and calm.

Cloud Nine

This has been my third time at Embassy Court, which says it all, doesn't it? And should I be fortunate enough to return to the beautiful city of Brighton, I will definitely stay there again. You would have a hard time trying to find an apartment with a more central location, more tasteful furnishings or a more spectacular view, all with a highly interesting architectural relevance on top. I wrote a review a few years ago after my first stay at Embassy Court, so read that if you require more detail. Just one more thing I want to mention: not only the flat, but also dealing with the owner has been a great pleasure. You can be sure to get a friendly, competent, reliable answer to any kind of question you might have, and it will come as quickly as possible. Thank you very much Olivia, we had a great time!

Just perfect, even better than the photos!!

Stayed with my husband and my 9 year old son for a week in late July . Everything you need for a holiday is there, splendid sea view from the 10th floor, only a few steps to the beach, very clean room with art decor interior, cable TV, high speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen and easy access to the city centre. Waitrose is only 5 minutes on foot and I enjoyed cooking. Olivia is the great host with generous hospitality. We can't thank her enough. We were actually thinking about staying in London, but we had a very good choice to stay at Embassy Court instead. I would recommend to everyone. This is the best holiday rental we've ever stayed, and we can't imagine there is a better place!
